App Activity
- Tasks you create, edit, boost, recharge, delete, or complete.
- Engagement sessions, rewards earned, coins spent, refunds, tips, referrals, streaks, and transaction history.
- Reports, ratings, follows, notifications, creator verification requests, and spotlight activity.
Device and Usage Information
- App version, device type, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- Advertising-related information when you choose to view ads.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide task discovery, engagement, rewards, referrals, tipping, spotlight, and creator tools.
- To verify email, validate task completion, prevent duplicate rewards, and protect against abuse.
- To process virtual coins, refunds, streak bonuses, tips, and reward history.
- To moderate content, review reports, detect fraud, and enforce our policies.
- To improve app performance, safety, reliability, and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services
VORTIX uses third-party services to operate the app:
- Appwrite for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions.
- Google Sign-In for optional account login.
- Google AdMob for rewarded ads and advertising services.

4. Virtual Coins and Rewards
VORTIX coins are virtual in-app rewards only. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money or physical goods. We store coin balances, reward history, task budgets, refunds, tips, and related records to operate the platform and prevent abuse.
5. External Links
Users may create tasks that open external websites or content. VORTIX does not own or control external websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or safety. Review external websites carefully before sharing information.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers needed to operate VORTIX, comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or enforce our policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Some app history, such as completed history and transaction history, may be automatically deleted after a limited time to reduce storage and improve performance. Lightweight anti-abuse records may be retained longer to prevent duplicate rewards, fraud, and policy violations.
8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Age Requirement
VORTIX is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are between 16 and 18, you should use VORTIX only with parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16.
